DC350 cyclotron is designed for production of 48Ca, 50Ti, 54Fe, 64N rear neutron-excess isotope beams accelerated up to 4,6÷5,6 MeV/nucl energy of limit intensities for synthesis and study of properties of isotopes of superheavy elements.
Beam target intensity - up to 5 ρμA.
Ion source beam intensity - 20 ρμA.
Substance consumption - 0,5÷1.0 mg/hour.
Supplementary ion energy range - 3÷12 MeV/nucl.
This complex base components are:
heavy ion cyclic accelerator essentially exceeding in parameters all world existent similar setups;
specialized physical laboratory equipped with recoil mass-separator for superheavy nuclei separation and detection;
radiochemical laboratory for independent identification of synthesised elements
